Want To Join The Fun?

The WWC Fall Dinner will be held at Angie and Jon Stotz’s “Pole Barn” on Saturday, 14 Nov 2026 in Rockford, MI, just a few miles NE of Grand Rapids. We’ve chosen this location because we like to rotate between the north and central parts of the lower peninsula so that we even out the travel for our members. This location also affords us access to the many hotels in the area with competitive rates. 

I use the term “Pole Barn”, but you’ll see that the facility is actually the toy locker for Angi and Jon. Their award winning boat lives there in the season, Jon’s model airplane collection (SERIOUS models) are housed there, multiple grills and a gormet kitchen, rec area, and much more. We are limited to 80 people and Angie and Jon have already lined up a caterer. We are charging $20 per person to offset the catering and other expenses. The SignUp Tool is located here and it will be first come first served until we reach capacity of 80, so sign up ASAP. The address is in the Location Tab on the left margin of the SignUp tool. 

The tentative agenda will be:

4:30-5:00, arrive and meet and greet

5:00-6:15 another of our “short” meetings to round out Q4, review officers and directors for 2027, awards, silent auction, review of 2026, etc. 

6:15-8:00 dinner and social

Anyone with movies or pictures from 2026 that you’d like to see on the big screen in the “Barn”, please send them along and I’ll add them to the lineup in the slideshow! 

Looking forward to seeing you there for a fun end of year meeting and discussion of several interesting new developments that your new President Bob Shaption will take forward in 2027-2028. There are going to be some exciting changes!
